Warehouse & logistics associate (m/f/d)
Who we are
For many years we have developed and produced high-quality, certified natural cosmetics, with a genuine passion for natural ingredients and sustainable manufacturing. In our own manufactory, products are made with care, experience and high quality standards — together as a committed team. Medicinal plants from our monastery garden go into our products, as does our commitment to a holistic approach to beauty and responsible production. To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone who will help run warehouse and logistics reliably.

Your role
- Goods-in and checking deliveries for completeness and quality
- Put-away, picking and providing raw materials, packaging and finished goods
- Supplying production with the materials it needs
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and internal transport of goods
- Packing and preparing our products for dispatch
- Stock checks and inventories
- Booking goods movements in the Sage ERP system
- Helping to continuously improve warehouse processes
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, clean and safe
What you bring
- Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse operator or a comparable qualification
- Warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
- A valid forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one promptly
- A careful, structured and independent way of working
- A sense of responsibility, quality and order
- Team spirit and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Physical stamina
- Confident use of ERP systems and common Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
- Good German

Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns
Dein Schwerpunkt: Konfektionierung
Du unterstützt unser Produktionsteam bei der Konfektionierung unserer fertigen Produkte. Dafür brauchst du keine bestimmte Ausbildung oder Vorerfahrung – wichtig sind vor allem Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude am praktischen Arbeiten.
- Produkte sorgfältig verpacken und für den Versand vorbereiten
- Verpackungsmaterialien bereitstellen und richtig zuordnen
- Fertige Produkte auf Vollständigkeit und Qualität kontrollieren
- Nach unseren Produktionsvorgaben arbeiten und auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit achten
Wenn du dich weiterentwickeln möchtest
Darüber hinaus möchten wir unser Team in der Etikettierung verstärken.
Wenn du Interesse daran hast, kannst du dich Schritt für Schritt in diesen Bereich einarbeiten und perspektivisch auch mehr Verantwortung für die Abläufe übernehmen.
- Etiketten und Materialien für die jeweiligen Aufträge bereitstellen, Etiketten drucken und die benötigten Materialien im ERP System buchen
- Bedienen unserer Etikettiermaschine nach entsprechender Einarbeitung
- Etikettiervorgänge überwachen, bei Bedarf kleinere Anpassungen vornehmen und die etikettierten Produkte kontrollieren
- Abläufe in der Konfektionierung koordinieren und Kolleg*innen bei Bedarf anleiten

Das bringst du mit
Eine bestimmte Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Produktion brauchst du nicht.
Viel wichtiger ist uns, dass du
- sorgfältig und zuverlässig arbeitest
- Freude an praktischen und wiederkehrenden Tätigkeiten hast
- gerne im Team arbeitest
- körperlich belastbar bist und gerne mit anpackst
Wenn du dich perspektivisch auch in die Etikettierung einarbeiten möchtest, freuen wir uns außerdem über technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Arbeit mit Maschinen
